We believe in communicating. You deserve to know what is happening. We email you when your equipment arrives, along a phone call just to clear up any last minute details, including a shipping date. When your equipment has been calibrated, we return it in the container you gave us. Or, a better one if needed. We tell you when your equipment is being shipped back. That way you know it was five business days, like we promised. In that email, we also include a copy of the calibration certificate and the link to track the package.
