Gage ID Number

Calibration Cycle

Gage ID is a unique alpha-numeric identifier you use to specify a piece of equipment.
Calibration Cycle is the interval between calibrations or how frequently you would like the gage calibrated.
This information is used to provide a sticker for the calibrated instrument to show when it was calibrated and when you want it calibrated again.
Please enclose a copy of your purchase order and the quote that was provided to you.
Please include any power cords, leads, or any other accessories necessary for us to perform the calibration.
All ISO 17025 accredited calibrations are traceable through NIST or another NMI(National Metrology Institute) to the SI Unit.
Calibration certificates include as-found data, as-left data, and measurement uncertainty.

We do offer onsite calibration service within a 150-mile radius; however, not all calibrations are best suited to be performed onsite.
Please contact Customer Service with your specific question.
The minimum order is $100. If your calibration cost is under this amount, you will be charged for the lab minimum, so do yourself a favor and fill up the box!
We only provide calibration services and do not rent, sell, lease, or provide loaner equipment.
